Program/Contract

If you see the expression “Program/Contract” as a submenu of the basic definitions, it means that you can define all the contract characteristics such as title, number, start date, and end date. By defining contracts, customers and projects can be associated with contracts and it is possible to view the report for each contract at any time. (You can have more than one contract with one customer).

(If you have the appropriate permission, you can also define new customers in this section).

Add custom Fields

By clicking on the gear icon above the table, you can add some custom fields to the table.

Custom arrangement of columns

Drag the heading of each column and then drop it in your desired location.

Notification for Program/Contract

As an admin or project manager, you can receive notification for the close deadline of a contract or an overdue contract.
