Maybe you have heard about In Time movie. I watched the In Time movie 6 years ago and when I wanted to write about the importance of time management, this movie came to my mind. In this movie, a new economic system uses time as currency and people have to use their time instead of money. For example, when they want to buy a cup of coffee, they should give their time to pay for it. This is awkward, isn’t it?
In this imaginary world, people stop aging at 25 years old and after that, they work to get more time and live a little longer. Each person has a clock on their arm that counts down how long they have to live. Just imagine you can see the remaining time of your life on your hand and whenever you buy something, you have to use the rest of your life. But the thing is, in that way, we would not waste our time on useless activities, and we take time management seriously to make the most of our life.
There is a very terrifying truth: In the movie, we can get more time, but in reality, we cannot get the time and we just lose it.
